I tried Runesape 3 years ago. I create account log in do a tutorial RS Gold. Then my friend say «Lets go to an oldschool account». Then i moved it to the oldschool one, leaving this account on the back burner. After 3 years (So Now) I log in again and get started playing. The first time i logged in i clicked on box «Your account has been disabled» and start playing (i dont realized what tha box signifies yet).
I begin to level up my first game and I reach a new level and somebody say «Gratulation» and I was planning to thank you, but I can’t! I’m now aware of what mute means so i start googling how i can remove mute. I have no idea, except for the an original forum that is simply how to obtain mute but nothing else. Then i found one post here and go to page of «Account configurations» and see the status of your account… Permanatly muted?
In the event that there is evidence button I press it to see what i’ve done (Yes I clicked «Yes I would like to review the evidence») The answer? Your account was involved in severe rule-breaking. We aren’t sharing any evidence related to this kind of rule breaking, as sharing this information could undermine our detection tools.
So What did i do? What i can do to be unmute? I need help from anyone, is there a «Trial ticketing system»? How can I contact the support department directly OSRS Accounts? What is the fastest way to chat with anyone to ask when is somebody asking on some idea?
