Personally, I’d like to relocate all minigames (Clan Wars FOG Sealing off Deamonhiem Defender of Varrock, and Sealing off Deamonhiem), but the 3 quests make it difficult. Defender of Varrock and Summer quest lines both have large wilderness areas. My opinion is that the most effective solution is to make the whole quest a part of your game. What does this mean? When you’ve reached the quest starting point or have entered the wilderness, you’re on your own. There is no interaction with other players. This could alter the quest but not significantly.
Green Dragons and armoured Zombies, Chaos Ele, and other similar things must be the same. But, I believe the most effective training location is a bit dangerous. The Corporeal beast is a fascinating point. While it might be fun for barrage runners to go to the cave, the boss mechanic in RS is distinctive in that you will be able to bank many times because of its risky nature. It might be more appealing when the entrance was moved closer to the wildy.
Summoning can be difficult. It would be wonderful to be able drop everything at will, just like in other areas of RS. Restricting pouches in such a way is a bit odd in PVP realms. There is no way to solve this issue, but maybe the best option is to simple keep the pouches as «pouch in invent, combat goes up»
Last, but not least, do not create pvp wilderness worlds. Never. The thrill of the wilderness provided one thing that PvP/bh realms did not have and that was the most efficient handling I have ever seen.
