Minnesota Timberwolves D’Angelo Russell may possess the traits of a player who can register the equivalent of 18-20 points per game 2K23 MT, but his Glitched unit has now covered his defensive weaknesses. There was a lot of debate about who should have won the prize this year. For instance, Bam Adebayo showed discontent in not being named an official finalist. Two-time award winner Giannis Antetokounmpo was not in the cut as well. Rudy Gobert, who has been awarded multiple times, failed to make the cut as well.
The most important question to consider is: what attributes or statistics are most important when determining the best defensive player? An article by Bleacher Report explains that the best defensive player is one who excels as an individual as well as as part of a system. I agree and believe the best defensive player excels across the court, and not just on the paint or around.
NBA 2K23 is a video game that can mimic the real-world impact of NBA players. As a long-time player of the game, I decided to draw out the best defensive traits from the game to find which player is the most defensive of the three contestants.
The four attributes listed are Perimeter Defense, Interior Defense, Help Defense IQ, and Defensive Consistency and Defensive Consistency, respectively Buy MT 2K23. The candidate who scored the highest overall score for those categories was determined to be the winner. Here’s how each candidate fared.
